Job Description:
The Business Developer will play a key role in driving the growth of our EV charging solutions in France and be part of Vestel Mobility Team. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful market penetration of our products. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, experienced in the EV industry, and has a deep understanding of the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key players in the French EV charging market. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and energy providers. Build a robust sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Execution: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest EV charging technologies and industry trends. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management on market developments and sales activities.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the EV charging, renewable energy, or automotive industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand technical solutions and effectively communicate their value.
Excellent networking and relationship management capabilities.
Data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
Language: Fluency in French and English is required
