Business Analyst – Permanent

Responsibilities

• Management of the maintenance portfolio
• Management of the maintenance request portfolio
• Analysis of incoming requests
• Qualification and prioritization of requirements
• Drafting and updating tickets (Jira), with support from experts when needed
• Monitoring progress
• Tooling and methodology support
• Leading optimization of the maintenance backlog
• Ensuring proper application of the methodological framework
• Proposing improvements to our practices
• Sprint management
• Tracking tickets (progress, interactions with testers/QA, raising alerts when necessary)
• Managing test feedback and following up on fixes
• Contributing to projects
• Participating in project requirements analysis to support project managers (working in tandem)
• Writing functional specifications
• Assisting with test preparation and monitoring the testing/acceptance process

Qualifications

• Functional analysis
• Management of a maintenance backlog / action plan
• Knowledge of IT and the insurance sector
• Strong writing skills
• Interpersonal skills (collaborative work)
• Ability to challenge and reframe requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
