ResponsibilitiesTikTok’s Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.Responsibilities:- Grow the business within the Luxury vertical- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions- Help deepen penetration within brands- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutionsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals- Experience working within the Beauty vertical- Knowledge of the media landscape- Experience in digital and programmatic sales- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations- Fluent in French and EnglishPreferred Qualifications:- Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points.- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.- Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agency and C-level relationships within the Luxury industry.- App monetisation experience- Proactive and curious- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spiritAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
