• Your next challenge:**Attached to the Chief communications officer and chief of staff, you will be in charge of :* **Strategic Communication Planning:** + Develop and implement a strategic external communication plan aligned with organizational goals. + Identify key messages and themes to effectively communicate our brand story and values.* **Media Relations:** + Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. + Proactively pitch stories and secure positive media coverage to enhance brand visibility.* **Crisis Management:** + Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues promptly. + Serve as a spokesperson during crisis situations, maintaining transparency and credibility.* **Stakeholder Engagement:** + Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders. + Act as a liaison between the organization and external groups to promote collaboration and positive interactions.* **CEO Positioning:** + Work closely with the CEO to enhance their personal brand and thought leadership in the industry. + Support the CEO in crafting speeches, articles, and other communication materials.*
