Your environment
The Disneyland Paris Customer Relations Center (CRC) has over 450 employees dedicated to Sales and Customer Relations. Our team communicates in 7 languages (French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese) via phone, email, and social networks. We are currently looking for talent speaking Spanish.
Your Role
As a Booking Advisor, you will embody Disney magic through various communication channels to support and enhance the experience of Disneyland Paris visitors. Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying the needs of visitors and travel agents.
- Advising and informing them in Spanish, French and/or English.
- Providing personalized sales solutions.
Your daily tasks
- Telecommuting: Possible from Metropolitan France, up to a maximum of 10 days per month.
- Available positions: Fixed‑term contract (from August 2026 to end of March 2027).
- Next integration date: 3 August 2026.
- Work schedule:
- Alternating between 31‑hour weeks (3 days off) and 39‑hour weeks (2 days off).
- Working hours: 9 am to 7:45 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday. No work on Sunday.
- Compensation: Fixed plus variable remuneration.

- Must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, whether in a call center, travel agency, or hotel reception.
Required language levels
- Spanish: C1 or higher (mandatory)
- French: C1 or higher (mandatory)
- English: C1 or higher (mandatory)
Additional information
Interviews will take place remotely, by videoconference, for positions located partly face-to-face, in Marne la Vallée, and/or remotely, according to the teleworking agreement currently in force in the company.
The use of a device equipped with a keyboard is strongly recommended to facilitate exchanges.
