Your Environment

The CRC has over 450 employees and communicates in seven languages (French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese). We are looking for Dutch speakers.

Your Role

As a Booking Advisor you will embody Disney magic through various communication channels to support and enhance the experience of Disneyland Paris visitors.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying the needs of visitors and travel agents.
• Advising and informing them in Dutch and/or English.
• Providing personalized sales solutions.

Daily Tasks & Schedule

• Telecommuting possible from Metropolitan France, up to a maximum of 10 days per month.
• Fixed‑term contract from August 2026 to March 2027.
• Next integration dates: August 2026.
• Work schedule alternates between 31‑hour weeks (3 days off) and 39‑hour weeks (2 days off). Working hours 9 am–7:45 pm Monday‑Friday, 9 am–6 pm Saturday; no work on Sunday.
• Compensation: Fixed + variable remuneration.

Qualifications

• Languages: Dutch C1/C2 (mandatory), English C1/C2 (mandatory), French B1 skills preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer relations is an asset.
• Good listener, friendly solutions, motivation by sales goals, comfort with multiple software tools.
