Bilingual Client Advisor - German & English (Luxury)

Moncler Group in Paris is seeking Client Service Advisors fluent in English and German to join the EMEA Client Service team on a permanent basis. You will deliver personalized, best-in-class service to Moncler clients across channels and contribute to a premium luxury experience.

Key duties include responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat, supporting e-commerce sales with upsell opportunities, managing CRM records, and handling back-office tasks for both online and in-store channels.
