ExplorJob (Association AVDTM) offers a volunteer mission

Mission Presentation

Help young people envision their future projects and strengthen their confidence.

By registering on ExplorJob, you demonstrate your profession to assist individuals in building their career paths!

You may be contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle school, high school students, out-of-school youth, unemployed or career changers) who are curious about your profession. During an approximately 1-hour interview (face-to-face, phone, or video call), scheduled at your convenience, you answer their questions. You share your background, your tasks, why you love your job, and its challenges... essentially, you share your experience!

The goal: help the Explorer gain an accurate view of the profession they are considering, enabling them to validate or reconsider their choices!

Our ambition: make orientation an inspiring step, full of encounters, allowing as many people as possible to benefit from a chosen future!

Your Mission Includes:

• Sharing your career journey and experiences
• Advising young people on training and career opportunities in your sector

Helping them discover the codes of the professional world

• Depending on needs and possibilities, leading group workshops in schools (middle and high schools)

Supporting young people in building their career plans, helping them find internships or apprenticeships, and identifying and highlighting their skills.
