Mission Overview

Tapladiscut and Maison de la Conversation organise café convivial to bring the community together. Volunteers facilitate activities that encourage dialogue and create lasting connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Invite participants and plan engaging activities.
• Motivate participants 30 minutes before the activity and welcome them at the start.
• Lead themed exchanges or games, ensuring everyone feels welcomed.
• Gather participant feedback, suggest improvements, and conclude the session.
• Communicate locally to increase awareness of future activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak in public.
• Previous experience animating a group.
• Interest in creating joyous moments with strangers.
