Founding Community Manager-Pilot Project
We are building Cirqate , a new venture exploring trusted exchanges between owners of high-value luxury items, starting with handbags.
Before building the full platform, we are running a small curated pilot in Paris with a founding circle of participants who own several luxury bags and are open to exchanging pieces within a trusted network.
The goal of the pilot is to observe real user behaviour and refine the experience before scaling the platform. To support this phase, we are looking to collaborate with 1–2 well-connected individuals in the Paris fashion ecosystem (stylists, personal shoppers, luxury retail professionals, fashion insiders).
Mission (short-term project)
Support the coordination and onboarding of participants for the Cirqate founding circle pilot.
Responsibilities may include:
- Introducing the concept to potential participants within your network
- Helping identify individuals who may enjoy participating in the pilot
- Supporting communication and onboarding of selected participants
- Providing feedback on participant experience and insights from the luxury community
Ideal Profile
- Personal stylist, personal shopper, or luxury retail professional
- Well-connected within the Paris fashion ecosystem
- Comfortable introducing new concepts to luxury clients
- Interest in emerging luxury platforms and community-driven models
We are particularly interested in people who enjoy being close to early innovation in luxury and who are excited by new circular models in fashion.

This is NOT an Internship position.
Project Format
Short-term project over the next 4–6 weeks during the pilot phase.
Compensation
Project-based compensation with an additional performance bonus linked to the successful onboarding of pilot participants.
About the Founder
The project is led by a founder with previous leadership experience in the luxury resale ecosystem and strong familiarity with luxury client behaviour.
