Backend Tech Lead: Architect & Mentor for Scalable Systems

Loop is seeking a Technical Lead (Backend Engineer) to own and ship production-grade backend code for our Shopify-focused subscription platform. You will lead architectural decisions, own sprint planning, and guide a team of 4–5 backend engineers through code reviews and design discussions, collaborating closely with Product.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in backend, strong skills in distributed systems, REST APIs, and SQL databases, plus experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD.
