We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth through our distributor network. You will be the vital link between our brand and our partners, responsible for building strong field relationships, enabling sales teams, and executing local plans to achieve targets. This is an excellent role to build a foundation in B2B sales and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary field contact for assigned distributors and wholesalers, building strong, trust-based daily relationships.
- Train and motivate distributor sales teams on product knowledge, brand messaging, and sales techniques to drive sell-through.
- Work alongside partners to engage professional end-customers, close sales, and identify new opportunities at the point of sale.
- Plan and execute local promotional events, product demos, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Track sales performance, provide regular field reports, and gather critical market intelligence on competitor activity and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a related role.
- Experience in vaping, CBD, tobacco, or fast-paced retail/FMCG is advantageous.
- A hands-on, results-driven attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic analytical skills to track performance metrics and report on field activities.
- Native or Fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory for all client communication, negotiations, and internal reporting.
- A willingness to learn the commercial and regulatory basics of the industry.
- High self-motivation and organization, thriving in a role that combines field work with autonomous planning.
