AX Transformation Lead — Omnichannel & Adoption

Sonepar, a global family-owned electrical equipment distributor, is seeking an AX Transformation Manager to drive adoption of the Spark Omnichannel AX solutions across a portfolio of OpCos in a multi-national setting.

You will partner with local teams and HQ, align priorities around digital sales, operational efficiency, and measurable productivity gains, and ensure changes are sustained. English required; French is a plus; willingness to travel internationally.
