Job Description
Avionics Boards Manufacturing (f/m) – Toulouse, France. Join the Airbus Commercial Aircraft Production unit and contribute to the manufacturing of strategic electronic equipment such as flight control computers for all Airbus programmes. This role supports a high‑scale industrial challenge, ensuring the production of 28,500 cards per year and the assembly and testing of 6,000 units delivered directly to the Final Assembly Lines.
Responsibilities
- Drive control of electronic boards according to the IPC‑A‑610 standard by accurately analysing AOI and RX control reports.
- Perform repair and retouching of boards in operation while strictly following the IPC‑7711/7721 standard.
- Handle component replacement and operate automated industrial equipment for the removal and replacement of complex components (BGA type).
- Master classic wiring tools such as soldering irons and binoculars, using both lead and lead‑free processes.
- Ensure full traceability of operations in SAP and WAS systems while respecting aeronautical requirements (ESD, cleanliness, and environmental rules).
- Work shift, including day/night duties, to support production goals.
Qualifications
- Academic background focused on electronics.
- At least 10 months of experience in electronic card repair in an industrial environment.
- Solid command of IPC‑A‑610 and IPC‑7711/7721 standards.
- Knowledge of lead‑free technologies is a significant asset.
- High precision and natural rigor, vital for tasks requiring extreme meticulousness.
- Eligibility for a security clearance or willingness to obtain clearance.

Other Information
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. This role is permanent, professional level, in the Electronical manufacturing family, with a French employment class of B04.
