Technical & Quality Assurance

Oversee the development, manufacturing, and testing of electronic hardware to ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ECSS, DO-254, MIL-STD, IPC).

Ensure configuration management, traceability, and non-conformance resolution are maintained throughout the lifecycle.

Support environmental and functional qualification testing (radiation, thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC).

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure the preparation and completeness of end-item data packages (EIDPs), delivery documentation, and compliance certifications.

Track and report delivery status to internal and external stakeholders, including risk assessments and recovery plans where needed.

Monitor and manage subcontractors or electronics suppliers, including schedule adherence, quality performance, and technical deliveries.

Lead supplier meetings and audits as necessary.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter).

Experience with spaceflight electronics, aviation systems, or ruggedized electronics.

What we offer

The opportunity to be part of an international team transforming the space industry.

A creative and innovative work environment where ideas turn into reality.
