• Providing Advanced Structural Repair Support: Leveraging extensive experience and technical expertise to address complex structural repair matters. This includes devising innovative solutions for both minor and major repairs requested by customers ensuring high standards of safety and reliability.
• Case Investigation: Utilizing a deep understanding of historical damage and repair scenarios to investigate and identify the existence of similar previous cases. This ensures the provision of consistent, well-informed support and enhances the efficiency of problem resolution processes.
• Customer and Stakeholder Liaison: Employing communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders. The expert manages the entire support query lifecycle, from initial receipt to complete resolution, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Development of Generic Repair Procedures: Assist in creating and refining generic repair procedures based on an in-depth knowledge of recurring structural issues. These procedures are designed to streamline repair processes, reduce downtime, and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the ATR fleet.
• Contribution to Fleet Operations: Playing a critical role in enhancing the safety and economical operations of the ATR fleet. The expert provides customers with highly efficient and timely structural repair and engineering services, informed by a thorough understanding of fleet operations and structural integrity requirements.
• Design Organization Engagement: Actively participating in Design Organization activities by preparing and releasing critical approval documents (such as Technical Adaptation and Structural Repair Approval Sheets) under Part21J delegation. The expert's contributions ensure that all structural modifications and repairs meet stringent regulatory and safety standards.
• Team Guidance and Mentorship: Providing guidance, and advice to the team of engineers. The expert is responsible for mentoring engineers, sharing knowledge, and ensuring the team is well-equipped to handle both short-term and long-term structural repair projects.
• Cross-functional Expertise: Applying a transversal approach to address all structural repair topics, both long-term and short-term. The expert's comprehensive knowledge allows for effective management and integration of various structural repair issues across different projects.
• Knowledge Exchange and Professional Development: Actively participating in knowledge exchange with peers in the aeronautical field. This includes attending and presenting at conferences, engaging in internal discussions, and contributing to professional forums to stay abreast of the latest industry developments and innovations.
• Frequent interactions with customers, stress office, repair drawing team, and other ATR departments (customer support, spares engineering, safety, quality, etc.).
• Damage Assessment Missions: Leading on-site damage assessment missions to evaluate the structural integrity of in-service aircraft subjected to severe damage scenarios, such as engine fires, hard landings, runway excursions, and ground collisions. The expert's assessments are crucial for determining the extent of damage and the necessary repair strategies.
• On-site Technical Support: Providing hands-on technical support during major repairs and/or replacements, whether performed by customers or ATR Working Parties. The expert's presence and guidance ensure that repairs are carried out correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.
• Educational Background: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in aeronautical structures or mechanical engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in aircraft structure stress analysis or repair. Demonstrated expertise in complex structural repair and support, with a track record of successful problem-solving in high-pressure situations.* **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in aircraft structures (preferably ATR structures). + Expertise in aircraft structural repair principles (both metallic and composite). + In-depth knowledge of metallic and composite materials. + Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods. + Knowledge of Leonardo / Airbus drawings is a plus.* **Language Skills:** + Proficiency in English (B2 level). + Italian is a plus.* **IT Skills:** + Proficient in Microsoft Office. + Familiarity with ATR IT tools (CRM, SAMONIT, GILDA) is advantageous.* **Soft Skills:**

• Fournir un support avancé en réparations structurelles : Mettre à profit une expérience approfondie et une expertise technique pour traiter des problématiques complexes de réparation structurelle. Cela inclut la conception de solutions innovantes pour les réparations mineures ou majeures demandées par les clients, en garantissant les plus hauts niveaux de sécurité et de fiabilité.
• Analyse de cas : Exploiter une connaissance approfondie des cas historiques de dommages et de réparations pour identifier l’existence de situations similaires antérieures. Cela permet d’assurer un support cohérent et éclairé, tout en améliorant l’efficacité des processus de résolution de problèmes.
• Interface clients et parties prenantes : Mettre à profit ses compétences en communication pour assurer une liaison efficace avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes. L’expert gère l’ensemble du cycle de vie des requêtes de support, depuis leur réception jusqu’à leur résolution complète, en garantissant transparence, précision et satisfaction client.
• Développement de procédures de réparation génériques : Contribuer à la création et à l’amélioration de procédures de réparation génériques, fondées sur une compréhension approfondie des problèmes structurels récurrents. Ces procédures visent à rationaliser les processus de réparation, réduire les temps d’immobilisation et améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle globale de la flotte ATR.
• Contribution aux opérations de flotte : Jouer un rôle clé dans l’amélioration de la sécurité et de l’efficacité économique des opérations de la flotte ATR. L’expert fournit aux clients des services de réparation et d’ingénierie structurelle rapides et performants, fondés sur une connaissance approfondie des opérations de flotte et des exigences en matière d’intégrité structurelle.
• Participation à l’Organisation de Conception : Participer activement aux activités de l’Organisation de Conception en préparant et en émettant des documents d’approbation critiques (tels que les Technical Adaptations et les Structural Repair Approval Sheets) dans le cadre de la délégation Part 21J. Les contributions de l’expert garantissent que toutes les modifications et réparations structurelles respectent les exigences réglementaires et de sécurité les plus strictes.
• Expertise transversale : Adopter une approche transversale pour traiter l’ensemble des sujets relatifs aux réparations structurelles, qu’ils soient de court ou long terme. La connaissance
