Structure Repair Engineer (F/M)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Structure Repair Engineer to join our Customer Services team based in Toulouse, France.

As part of the Structures Customer Services Team, you will liaise between operators, design offices, and spare parts organizations to ensure aircraft structural integrity, timely repair embodiment, and seamless operational continuity.

Your Challenges

• Answer daily repair queries related to design and documentation in liaison with partner design office for all scheduled maintenance activities.
• Liaise with Design Offices to ensure requested repair definitions and justifications are available in a timely manner.
• Liaise with the spare parts organization for repair parts availability.
• Initiate updates of structure repair documentation.
• Assist operators on site for structure damage evaluation and/or repair embodiment.
• Ensure information flow to and from operators for repair matters.
• Provide engineering support to other Customer Services departments and teams based in Toulouse and other countries.
• Ensure transfer of in‑service experience and maintenance activities to management, other divisions of Customer Services, and Airbus design organization including vendors.
• Coordinate regular reviews and exchange information to give visibility of capacities, resources and solutions.
• Act as a primary customer focal point with sufficient experience.
• Coordinate operational tasks at aircraft level and show leadership to manage escalations and internal coordination.

Your Boarding Pass

• Bac+5 degree in aeronautics with at least 3 years experience, knowledge in aircraft structures design, stress analysis, composite materials and metallurgy.
• Experience in Customer Services, preferably in the civil aeronautical field.
• Work experience in an MRO is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in structural repairs.
• Knowledge of airlines and MRO operations.
• English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
• Strong interest/experience with extensive and highly integrated electronic data processing systems.
• Good presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Customer oriented and team player.
• Ability to cope with a highly demanding environment and adapt to specific demands.

This role may require some business travel (generally not more than twice per year).
