ATR - Project Manager (H/F) - AVIONS DE TRANSPORT REGIONAL (ATR) GIE

Responsibilities

  • Management and governance of ATR’s IT relations with Airbus
    • Contribute to the definition of the IT ATR/Airbus strategy
    • Ensure the operational maintenance of the Airbus IT services used by ATR
    • Manage approved requests in agreement with Airbus authorities and monitor IT ATR requests to Airbus
    • Facilitate communication between ATR and Airbus parties and respond quickly to ATR needs
    • Manage, monitor and approve proper levels of IT service provided by Airbus (IT SLAs, incidentology)
    • Financial and budgetary monitoring of IT purchase requests/orders with Airbus
    • Communicate to ATR users major changes to the Airbus IS used by ATR
  • Assistance / Expertise
    • Participate in the resolution of major ATR/Airbus incidents
    • Help with escalation for faster resolution of major incidents
    • Implement Airbus IT solutions on SI ATR (new solutions, upgrades, or replacement tools)
    • Monitor and supervise the SI ATR mapping at Airbus and its interfaces with IT ATR
    • Support Methods & Tools for Business ATR
    • Assist the Saint‑Martin User Support Unit
  • Coordinate projects within the Digital User Support ATR service
    • Monitor the ATR Decommissioning Application Roadmap at Airbus
  • Ensure the completeness of the Airbus applications used by ATR, alert stakeholders about decommissioning dates, manage and monitor the transition of application decommissioning, and prepare necessary budgets

Qualifications

  • Field of study: Information & Technology and digitalization
  • Experience: Digital project management
  • Technical skills / knowledge: Strong appetite for digital world and new technologies
  • Soft skills: Organized, methodical, ambitious, determined; able to understand a complex ecosystem and monitor its evolution; likes challenges; keen and curious to learn about new technologies
  • Fluency: English and French (Italian a plus)
