Health & Safety Business Partner – ATR

Responsibilities

  • Conduct chemical risk assessments for all ATR sites.
  • Contribute to REACh compliance in coordination with the Environment department.
  • Act as the focal point for support functions (worksites, general services, etc.) regarding chemical risk issues.
  • Prepare technical specifications for REACh and CMR field measurement campaigns.
  • Work in collaboration with the occupational doctor on medical monitoring campaigns related to chemical exposure.
  • Serve as the prevention referent for identifying and selecting PPE and workwear based on associated risks.
  • Lead regulatory compliance activities: analyse accidents and near‑misses, perform field audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct occupational risk assessments.
  • Complete and monitor prevention plans.
  • Act as the focal point for employees, managers, and social partners on site prevention topics.
  • Monitor and report workplace accidents.
  • Maintain employees in work in collaboration with occupational health, management, and HRBPs.
  • Oversee major construction works and projects impacting working conditions.
  • Ensure monitoring of PPE and workwear references used on site.
  • Contribute to the ISO 45001 approach by acting as the focal point for the relevant processes.
  • Co‑develop ATR’s occupational health and safety policy.
  • Deploy initiatives to engage employees and managers in prevention principles.
  • Participate in CSSCT, CSE‑SSCT, and RPS committees on topics related to site prevention or chemical risk.

Qualifications

  • Field of study: Occupational Risk Prevention, HSE.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in prevention with strong field experience.
  • Technical skills: HSE expertise in chemical risk, experience with employee representative bodies (CSSCT).
  • General knowledge of HR domains, especially labour law, and overall understanding of the aeronautical industry.
  • Soft skills: autonomy, versatility, customer‑oriented mindset, strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English and French (Italian is a plus).
