Responsibilities
Lead a team of Customer Acceptance and Delivery Managers and manage their missions:
- Prepare and organize customer visits and buyback sessions in close cooperation with production groups.
- Follow-up on concessions and QLBs treatment.
- Act as technical focal point for customers during pre‑FAL, FAL and delivery phases.
- Organize periodic meetings with customers regarding technical progress, QLB treatment progress and customer rejections.
- Lead the Delivery Acceptance Process on the technical side, in close cooperation with the Customer Program Director.
- Work closely with the CPD in case of major issues affecting planning or requiring commercial negotiation.
- Generate feedback loop reviews with Quality to avoid repetitive items.
- Drive the feedback loop: implement corrective actions with FAL stations, production groups and support functions to avoid recurrences.
Qualifications
- Engineering or aeronautics studies.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Technical knowledge of aircraft architecture (knowledge of ATR products is a plus).
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles.
- Strong leadership and ability to find the best compromise between ATR interests and customers’ requests.
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus).
