Job Description
Role: Upgrades Value Manager (CSS Delivery & Operations Directorate, Christophe’s team – 6 collaborators) – Permanent – France, Entry Level – Customer Eng & Technical Support & Services
Responsibilities
- Build and manage business cases to support the sale of upgrade solutions through service bulletins.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to perform retrofit technical and cost analyses and define accurate financial assumptions.
- Define and manage customer pricing for kits and equipment.
- Maintain the SAP catalogue for service bulletins and kits, ensuring continuous updates.
- Ensure availability of spare part costs and kit prices in SAP and coordinate with procurement.
- Ensure accuracy of SAP master data related to service bulletins (BOMs, part numbers, articles).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including processes, tools and methods, and ensure ISO compliance.
- Act as key focal point for upgrade pricing tools and support ongoing digital transformation (pricing tools deployment, BI and SAP evolution).
- Manage subcontracting activities, ensuring contractual compliance and validating monthly volumes before invoicing.
- Manage a customer portfolio: prepare commercial offers, support services sales teams, administer purchase orders, and monitor production, delivery, invoicing and customer payments.
About You
- Field of study: Business, Sales Support, Engineering, Marketing, Project Management.
- Technical knowledge: Aircraft systems, after‑sales environment, financial and business case creation, supply chain constraints, project management, continuous improvement, process and tool skills.
- Soft skills: Creative, autonomous, customer oriented, good communication, team spirit, proactive.
- Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Ready to work in a collaborative, human‑size company and deliver high‑quality support to customers.
