Ce que nous allons faire ensemble :

• Participation aux clôtures mensuelles : suivi, fiabilisation et analyse des coûts & revenues Service & support.
• Préparation des reporting de Direction incluant analyse financière et risques et opportunités.
• Interface avec la comptabilité analytique et les fonctions support ATR (achat, commercial, qualité…)
• Pilotage de la performance financière du Service & Support par le biais des Rolling Forecast réalisés conjointement avec les Managers et le SVP.
• Déploiement des processus transverses de surveillance des sous-traitants pour la mesure de la performance des prestataires et le calcul des pénalités de retard et de qualité (OTD / OQD)
• Forecasts trimestriels et budgets, préparation de l’OP ainsi que des analyses adhoc : analyse détaillée et challenge des activités reportées par Business Unit Service & Support, analyse des volumes de sous-traitance…
• Participation aux réunions et interface régulière avec l’équipe centrale controlling et les opérationnels.

What we will do together:

• Prepare and monitor monthly closings : costs & revenues follow‑up, financial performance improvement
• Prepare all required financial reports at Services & support directorate level and at Finance directorate level, support risks & opportunities analysis
• Be in direct interface with accounting, treasury and others finance directorate people
• Drumbeat financial performance through analysis with operational support.
• Support & deploy performance indicators monitoring such as on‑time & on‑quality delivery indicators
• Perform quarterly budget reviews, prepare OP and perform ad‑hoc financial analysis
• Attend staff meetings & regular finance review with Finance & Services directorates

Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous :

• Etudiant en préparation d'un BAC+5 spécialisation contrôle de gestion
• Connaissance du contrôle de gestion et des mécanismes économiques et financiers.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques : Pack Office et connaissance SAP (FI/CO/MM)
• Anglais : bon niveau

This apprenticeship is designed for you

• Master degree in finance or business school with Finance specialization
• Good knowledge on finance and controlling principles
• Strong knowledge of IT tools such as Pack Office, SAP (FI/CO/MM), Power BI
• English : professional level
