Atlante France_Logistics & Procurement Specialist – Energy Storage (BESS)

You lead and manage the end-to-end logistics and procurement flow for Energy Ark (BESS) deliveries across France, ensuring that critical equipment is sourced, transported, and delivered on time and in full.

You act as the operational backbone for project execution, guaranteeing that Project Managers can rely on seamless supply coordination without disruptions or last-minute escalations. Through proactive vendor management, rigorous follow-up, and structured planning, you anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and secure delivery performance.

Your role is not limited to coordination: you take ownership, drive execution, and ensure accountability across the entire supply chain process.

This is an execution role: you are measured on results, not activity. You will operate in a high-pressure environment, and the role is not suitable for candidates who need slow, structured settings.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end coordination of BESS deliveries from suppliers to site, ensuring zero tolerance for delays
• Drive expediting activities with 3PLs and suppliers until issues are resolved, not just reported
• Ensure full alignment between procurement, logistics, and project timelines
• Act as the operational backbone for Project Managers
• Manage procurement with focus on lead time, reliability, and cost discipline
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain
• Manage shipment tracking and documentation, including DDT, customs, and import/export processes
• Build strong relationships with 3PLs and suppliers
• Continuously improve logistics and procurement processes
• Leverage experience in BESS, renewables, EV infrastructure, or EPC projects to anticipate challenges and drive results
• Apply hands‑on ERP knowledge (SAP or equivalent) to optimize processes
• Operate effectively in fast-scaling environments, maintaining control under pressure
• Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivery outcomes
• Manage complex, time‑critical deliveries with precision and reliability

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or procurement, managing complex, time-critical deliveries
• Hands‑on experience with 3PLs and expediting
• Strong knowledge of shipping, customs, and documentation
• Fluent in French (primary working language) and English
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate under pressure across multiple projects
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
• Experience in BESS, renewables, EV infrastructure, or EPC projects is highly valued
• Experience in fast‑scaling environments
