ATI Beluga CCO Flight Crew Planner (m/f)
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ATI Beluga CCO Flight Crew Planner (f/m) to join our Department based in Toulouse, France.
Oversized Air transport, managed by Airbus Transport International (ATI), is in charge of Beluga oversized Major Component Assembly (MCA) / Constituent Assembly (CA) transport from production to sub and final assembly lines.
As Flight Crew Planner, you will ensure that a qualified flight crew is allocated to all Beluga flights and that qualification (new or renewal) is planned in due time. You will also ensure that Flight Crew individual planning fully complies with European regulation (EU-FTL) and company agreement.

Your challenges
- Prepare and issue Flight Crew planning (considering flight, ground activities, hotels, and positioning trips), anticipating operational problems and negotiating constraint adjustments when necessary.
- Check that all legal and company agreement requirements are strictly fulfilled (maximum duty time, minimum rest time, qualifications).
- Periodically review the flight crew training programme with the Flight Operations department and launch required training sessions to guarantee qualification renewals in due time.
- Collect individual wishes (holidays, desiderata) from Crew Members, approving or rejecting requests according to applicable policy.
- Propose improvements contributing to Flight Crew Planning process maturity and overall Airbus Transport objectives, including defining and following up on relevant KPIs.
Your boarding pass
- Experience in an Airline or in flight/crew planning is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of EASA FTL regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Ability to work in shifts (2*8 6/7) to cope with a highly demanding operational environment.
- Rigorous organizational skills, strong situation analysis and risk identification abilities, with great capacity to manage priorities and react swiftly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, specifically for interacting and negotiating tactfully with pilots.
- Language skills: French (fluent) and English (intermediate).
