As an Associate Recruiter in the Weatherby Healthcare division, you will gain experience and the skills required to become a successful Sales Consultant. The role will assist with recruiting providers for locum tenens positions. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to come into the Raleigh office a minimum of twice per week to support regular in-person collaboration, while allowing flexibility to work remotely on other days. Interaction with the local Raleigh-based sales team is essential to build relationships that drive performance and provide access to coaching, training, and on-site resources.

Responsibilities

  • Generate calling lists and searches to assist in building a pipeline of qualified providers
  • Assist with responding to new inquiries from potential candidates who connect through our website
  • Contact leads and providers to gain interest or commitment in working with Weatherby
  • Source new providers to build and develop our provider database
  • Achieve monthly goals/KPIs

Qualifications

  • Experience and comfort with heavy phone activity including cold calling
  • Persuasive and professional written and oral communications skills
  • Strong database management with a large-scale database system
  • Experience with MS Word and spreadsheet programs such as Excel
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Preferred

  • College degree preferred
  • One-year work experience in sales or sales support preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and large amounts of information and documentation

We offer compensation information and structure as part of the hiring process. For this position, the pay range is $49,920 – $65,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. Specific salary range details will be provided by the recruiter during the hiring process.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. Non-sales positions have starting salaries consisting of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
