Assistante Ressources Humaines (H/F)

Assistant RH supports the HR team at Cheval Blanc Courchevel, coordinating recruitment, payroll, and talent development for hotel staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes: issue contracts, manage administrative paperwork, guide onboarding and integration, and monitor probation periods.
• Publish and maintain recruitment content on social media according to the planned schedule.
• Assist in the administrative management of personnel, extras, and interns (files, DPAE, contracts, health checks, final settlements, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, work permits, and social security obligations.
• Interface with social security bodies and provide staff with required equipment (uniforms, access passes, etc.).
• Participate in disciplinary case handling and housing management for ambassadors.
• Support loyalty initiatives for ambassadors, coordinate internal HR communication, and help organise events and activities.
• Ensure adherence to group standards and provide constructive insights for improvement.

Qualifications

• BTS, Licence or Master in Human Resources, Social Law or Management.
• Significant experience as an HR assistant (minimum 2 years).
• Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is an advantage.
• Proficiency with core HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, training).
• Knowledge of labour law and legal obligations.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and office software (SIRH, Excel, etc.) is preferred.
• Fluent in French (oral and written) and professional level in English is appreciated.
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, confidentiality, active listening, supportiveness, excellent relationship building, teaching, and teamwork.
