Responsibilities
- Coordination/Program management: You will help manage the onboarding journey for new junior hires (preparing follow-up meeting agendas, drafting meeting minutes, tracking and updating the schedule, key indicators and action items).
- Communication / community engagement: You will support recruitment, engagement and retention activities for the community of internal facilitators (preparing various communication materials, answering facilitators’ and participants’ questions, monitoring top contributors).
- Operational organization: You will assist with the operational rollout of the juniors’ onboarding program (sending invitations, briefing emails, preparing and setting up equipment, providing support during training sessions, managing attendance sheets).
Requirements
- Currently a 2nd- or 3rd-year Business School or HR program student; ideally you have a first experience in Learning & Development at a company with 2,000+ employees.
- You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in parallel while respecting priorities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills enables you to interact effectively with many stakeholders.
- Team spirit, responsiveness, proactivity and discretion will be key to your success in this role.
