Assistant Manager, Food Safety & Hygiene

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Washington, DC is seeking an Assistant Manager – Hygiene to uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety across kitchen and F&B operations. You will assist the Executive Chef by implementing hygiene policies, HACCP compliance, and coordinating audits and laboratory checks.

You will monitor daily practices, update manuals, train staff, and ensure all culinary areas meet hotel, brand, and statutory safety requirements, contributing to an excellent guest experience.
