Au sein de l'équipe ADV, vous assurez le suivi administratif et logistique des commandes clients, de la réception à la livraison, en garantissant la satisfaction client et le respect des délais.
Assistant Administration des Ventes (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
Élabore les études de prix pour la force de vente
Gère l'envoi des offres commerciales
Effectue la création et la mise à jour des comptes clients dans l'ERP
Analyse le carnet de commandes et procède à la création des livraisons
Traite les réclamations clients et les commandes retours clients jusqu'à la saisie de l'avoir
Réalise le suivi des retards paiements
Qualifications
De formation type bac+2 en commerce avec une première experience en administration des ventes ou dans un service commercial
Connaissance d'un ERP type SAP
Connaissance du Pack Office
Anglais Niveau A2
