We are currently looking for our future « Asset A&M & Development Manager » , located in Paris (or Nantes). Starting date: as soon as possible.

Your mission: Along with our CFO and the development team, your main mission is to:

  • Prepare projects for sale to investors or strategic partners.
  • Support negotiations with buyers, investors, and partners.
  • Coordinate closing phases and post-transaction transfers.
  • Optimize project sales by bringing assets to an appropriate level of maturity to maximize value.
  • In coordination with the Head of Project Development, develop and maintain a strong, sustainable project portfolio aligned with the company’s strategy.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Defines and implements development actions to maximize the economic, technical, and strategic value of projects prior to divestment.
  • Identifies risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities to enhance asset attractiveness.
  • Contributes to the company’s investment/divestment strategy with market, financial, and operational insights.

Project Development

  • In coordination with the Head of Project Development, contributes to project development by identifying new opportunities and participating in project steering and planning phases.

Project Preparation for Sale

  • Structures projects to reach a level of maturity and development aligned with investor/acquirer expectations.
  • Identifies value creation levers to optimize pricing, bankability, and asset attractiveness.
  • Oversees the setup of data rooms and all technical, financial, legal, and contractual documentation required for transactions.
  • Coordinates internal teams (technical, finance, legal, commercial) to ensure completeness and quality of disclosed information.

Transaction Process Management (M&A)

  • Leads sale or equity entry processes: timeline, milestones, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Manages project due diligence in close collaboration with internal experts and external advisors.
  • Ensures smooth communication with potential buyers, investors, and partners.
  • Prepares and secures valuation materials, business plans, risk analyses, and transaction scenarios.

Negotiation Support

  • Supports senior management in preparing and conducting negotiations with buyers, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Provides analyses, recommendations, financial scenarios, and supporting arguments to optimize transaction terms.
  • Ensures alignment between internal objectives, partner expectations, and regulatory and contractual constraints.

Closing Coordination & Post-Transaction Transfer

  • Organizes and secures closing phases: contracting, compliance, execution, internal/external communication, and advisor coordination.
  • Prepares and monitors post-closing steps: asset transfer, knowledge handover, and onboarding of acquiring teams.
  • Ensures proper execution of contractual commitments and operational continuity.

Skills and requirements

You hold a degree from an engineering school or a business school (Master’s level / Bac+5) and have at least 10 years of experience in purchasing/sales activities or infrastructure project development. Professional proficiency in English and French is required.
