The role (in a nutshell)
You’ll be on the road, managing and growing your own client portfolio across Ireland.
Your goal:
- Drive sales
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Make our collections visible, desirable and successful in-store
What you’ll actually do
- Represent Casamance & Camengo fabrics and Casamance, Casadeco & Caselio wallpapers
- Develop relationships with premium retailers, interior designers & architects
- Manage and grow your territory (existing clients + new business)
- Plan and organise your weekly client visits across Ireland
- Ensure strong in-store presence (displays, books, visibility)
- Lead client meetings, product presentations & events
- Support clients with product knowledge and selection
- Work closely with UK & France teams
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
What we’re looking for
Sales-driven with strong commercial instinct
Confident, persuasive and relationship-focused
Comfortable working independently on the road
Highly organised and proactive
Passionate about design, interiors or premium products
Able to build credibility with high-end clients
Experience in interiors, textiles or premium brands is a strong advantage
French is a plus (not essential)
Profil recherché
Requirements
- Based in Ireland
- Full driving licence
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Ireland & Northern Ireland
- Available for occasional overnight stays
- Starting date (ideally mid May)
