Job description

To lead OT Integration projects for the R&D BioM organization, we are seeking a skilled OT engineer consultant with a deep understanding of both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The external resource will have a solid background in IT architecture and a comprehensive understanding of OT systems, bridging the gap between these two critical domains. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust IT architectures that align with company standards, best practices and GxP requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that the architectural documentation provided by third-party partners complies with our internal standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT and OT systems, including networks, cybersecurity, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling languages (e.g., UML, ArchiMate).
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for IT/OT integration (e.g., ISA-95, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Native French speaker, fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced global & multi-cultural environment.
