Apprentissage : Chargé de Gestion des Risques Fournisseurs

Dans un environnement industriel mondial complexe, la gestion du risque fournisseur constitue une priorité stratégique afin de garantir la continuité des approvisionnements et d'éviter les perturbations industrielles. L'équipe Supplier Risk Management travaille de manière transverse avec les Achats et la Finance pour évaluer, qualifier et surveiller le risque financier des fournisseurs, en s'appuyant sur des analyses financières structurées et des outils informatiques dédiés.

Nous recherchons un(e) apprenti(e) pour accompagner l'équipe sur un périmètre stratégique couvrant les achats indirects, l'innovation et les pièces de rechange.

• La réalisation d'analyses financières fournisseurs,
• La contribution à l'évolution des outils informatiques liés au Financial Risk Rating, incluant des fonctionnalités d'automatisation et d'intelligence artificielle.

Mission objectives

• produce reliable financial analyses that support decision making,
• improve the quality, fluidity, and responsiveness of Financial Risk Rating requests,
• contribute to the digitalization and evolution of IT tools,
• help prevent industrial disruptions linked to supplier weaknesses.

Pillar 1 – Supplier financial analyses

In regular interaction with internal stakeholders (buyers, innovation teams, aftersales teams), the apprentice will understand the context and challenges of each Financial Risk Rating request; analyse annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows),…

Pillar 2 – IT tools, automation and AI

The apprentice will contribute to improving the IT tools used to centralize requests, track analyses and present results.

Profil

• Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs ou université, avec une spécialisation en finance, contrôle de gestion, audit, data ou systèmes d'information.
• La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable : toutes les réunions se déroulent en anglais, avec des interactions régulières avec des interlocuteurs basés dans l'ensemble des pays européens ainsi qu'en Chine.
• Student in a business school, engineering school or university, with a specialization in finance, management control, audit, data or information systems.
• Fluent English is essential: all meetings are held in English, with regular interactions with stakeholders based across all European countries and in China.
• Perfect command of Excel: advanced use expected (financial analysis, modeling, automation, data structuring and processing).
• Strong foundations in financial analysis and a strong interest in numerical subjects.
• Strong interest and curiosity for artificial intelligence, particularly its practical applications in financial analysis, process automation and IT tool improvement.
• Ease with digital tools and ability to understand complex systems and processes.
• Rigor, analytical mindset and strong synthesis skills.
• Autonomy, proactivity and ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset and ability to interact with demanding internal clients.
