Apprenticeship Product Transfer assistant
You will be working within the Natural Ingredients Organization (NIO), which focuses on the production and transformation of natural ingredients. By combining innovation, wellbeing, and scientific expertise, these sites play a central role in Givaudan’s global strategy.
Overall Objectives
The Production Transfer coordinator contributes to the organizational strategy by leading Production Transfer within different sites around the world from end to end, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and quality of execution. The role is accountable for delivering project objectives on time and within scope, while effectively managing project teams, risks, issues, and changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, lead and manage Production Transfer within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, S&T, Controlling, and Operations departments.
- Monitor project performance, manage potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Communicate regularly with the Sponsor and Governance Committee, ensuring transparency and alignment on project milestones.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of transfer processes.
Profile
- Spoken and written English.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +5), ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural context and interacting with various stakeholders.
