Job Description
Within the Engineering Design & Development department, you will support the team in monitoring and improving engineering development processes for our client projects. You will be involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing engineering performance and competitiveness and contribute to cross‑functional projects led by the department. This apprenticeship will provide you with a comprehensive view of engineering roles and allow you to develop your skills in project management, performance analysis, and professional communication.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead improvement initiatives and projects: Participate in projects aimed at strengthening engineering performance and competitiveness in the context of client project development.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects: Collaborate with teams and departments involved in cross‑functional projects led by the department.
- Manage updates of standards, tools and processes: Ensure the update and harmonisation of engineering standards and processes in coordination with stakeholders, and support associated change management.
- Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical tools: Create and monitor KPIs related to engineering performance, perform cross‑functional analyses, and provide monthly reporting at various levels (division, engineering centre).
- Improve development cost efficiency: Contribute to optimising resources (hours, quality, costs) in collaboration with the division’s engineering centres.
- Update procedures and methodologies: Assist in updating EPM, MPM, and DL procedures to advance the business, support the digitalisation of existing tools, and ensure documentation and standardisation.
Candidate Profile
- You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering
- You have an intermediate level of English (B2/C1)
- You possess knowledge of plastic injection, mechanics and geometry
- You master process flows as well as Excel and Power BI tools
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and AI tools
- You are autonomous, organised and persistent
- You have analytical skills and a strong sense of synthesis
- You communicate effectively, both written and orally
