About the mission we offer you:

Within Technip Energies’ Marketing Communications department, you will join the Marketing Events & Campaigns team and help implement the annual trade media plan as well as related advertising campaigns (B2B trade press, print, and digital) to support our global launches of offerings, products, and technologies.

You will also work on certain campaigns related to our strategic trade shows, in coordination with Marcom Business Partners, agencies, and specialized publishers.

Your Responsibilities

Trade Media & Specialized Press Campaigns

  • Contribute to the execution of the Trade Media plan in alignment with the annual Marketing Communications plan and roadmap (service launches, multichannel activation campaigns)
  • Oversee campaign execution: agency briefings, approval of visuals, coordination with publishers, and adherence to deadlines. Monitor the schedule and coordinate with agencies and publishers
  • Contribute to the production of content (interviews, articles, videos) distributed through our specialized media channels.

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Help distribute articles, white papers, and case studies.
  • Support the creation of high‑value sponsored content (e.g., posts on specialized platforms, product pages).

Campaign Activation & Support

  • Prepare marketing campaigns for strategic trade shows
  • Participate in the promotion and adoption of our Paper Approval Platform (an internal platform dedicated to technical publications) through internal communication initiatives.

Advertising Content Production

  • Production of advertising materials (print, visuals, banners)
  • Creation of digital content (videos, motion design, landing pages)
  • Production and distribution of an internal 'Marketing Digest' highlighting campaigns, activations, and key successes, in collaboration with the rest of the Marcom team.

Performance tracking & trend analysis

  • Track campaign performance (reporting, KPIs: reach, impressions, clicks, traffic to our content, and share of voice in the trade press).
  • Conduct benchmarks and trend analyses
  • Contribute to campaign optimization

Desired duration : 12 to 24 months.

About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

  • Student in a bachelor’s or master’s program (marketing or communications school)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (coordination with global teams, reading technical documents, communication with certain international publishers)
  • Excellent writing skills in French
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a sense of initiative
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
  • Ability to thrive in an international environment

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of the Monday project management tool.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (Brevo, etc.)
  • Previous experience with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus
  • Interest in analyzing campaign performance (KPIs, reporting).

As part of your role, you will interact with our marcom, sales, business, product line, and communications teams around the world. During this apprenticeship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer your questions.
