About the mission we offer you
People Development:
- Monitoring of annual HR campaigns, including analysis and recommendations for action regarding:
- Performance management (annual reviews and goals) and mid-year reviews.
- Supporting HR Business Partners in the operational management of their teams,
- Participating in HR transformation initiatives for the Lyon Operations Center
- Initiatives to encourage internal mobility.
- Engagement: analyzing the results of the annual engagement survey
- Improving the tracking of training programs conducted by the Group.
- Monitoring work-study students and interns at the Lyon center.
Labor Relations, Quality of Life at Work:
- Supporting the organization of the labor relations calendar and the preparation of agendas
- Overseeing and preparing regulatory documentation (BDESE, DUERP, Papripact) in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Support for annual QVCT initiatives with the center of excellence and the occupational health department
Other HR tasks:
- Monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual HR KPIs
- Monitoring of the school relations committee (participation in forums and quarterly meetings)
About you

- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources.
- You have an interest in new technologies and excellent interpersonal skills, which enable you to listen to your teams and carry out your assignments with rigor and diligence.
- You are a team player, curious, open to your surroundings, and recognized for your analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Working-level English is essential.
- Desired duration: 2 years.
- Desired start date: September/October 2025
