Job responsabilities
Present your Department & the Missions:
Our department effectively bridges the gap between our Finance community, IT teams, and other stakeholders involved in maintaining existing financial tools or implementing new ones.
To accelerate the deployment of data tools such as PowerBI within our finance community, we are seeking an apprentice who is passionate about data, finance, and continuous improvement.
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced Product Owners and gain hands‑on experience in digital transformation initiatives.
Finance data area: Business performance analysis - Sales, Marketing, Operating costs.
Main Responsibilities : Working in close collaboration with Data Product Owners, you will primarily contribute to delivering new finance data products, promoting product usage within the finance community, and enhancing user experience:
- Change Management: Facilitate the Finance community’s engagement with data tools to accelerate adoption and improve the sharing of best practices.
- Daily Task Automation: Manage access to ensure automation and data access security requirements are met, thereby ensuring compliance with audit recommendations.
- Documentation: Optimize documentation for data finance tools to facilitate long‑term value and knowledge retention
- New products deliveries, including (but not limited to):
- Power BI reports for leaver/movers access monitoring.
- Power BI dashboards to track data refreshment job scheduler issues.
- Other Power BI deliverables based on validated requests.
Profile
- Master’s degree student in Engineering, Business school with a major in Finance, project/data management, computer science or similar fields
- Strong interest in challenges related to user experience
- Analytical skills and critical thinking, comfortable with data manipulation (knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SQL code would be a plus)
- Excellent written and organizational skills, effective communication and team player mentality
- Curious, reliable and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.

Duration: 12 months
Location: Paris, 7th arrondissement
- 75% reimbursement of public transportation costs
- 50% contribution to meal vouchers (Titre Restaurant)
- Up to 2 days of remote work per week
