Apprenticeship - ESG Data Analyst

We are looking for our next ESG Data Analyst apprentice as of 01/09/2026 and for 12 months at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement, Paris.

Within AXA Group Investment & ALM

Within AXA Group Investment & ALM, you will join the Responsible Investment team as ESG Data Analyst.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Support the team in any Responsible Investment subject.
• Develop comparative analysis on key Responsible Investment topics.
• Support the development and governance of ESG frameworks and thematic priorities.
• Perform extra‑financial data analysis and contribute to the review of sustainability KPIs.
• Automate monitoring and reporting processes using SQL and Python to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Contribute to sustainability and climate‑related disclosures, supporting regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Working towards a master’s degree in finance, data science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of programming (SQL & Azure environment).
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong interest in sustainability topics, financial markets, ESG investing.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact effectively with various internal stakeholders.
