About the Role

Within the Corporate Communications team, this internship will take place in Paris (9th arrondissement) at the global company headquarters. Danone entrusts and empowers its people to make a real business impact. Engaging communications are therefore instrumental in enabling our people to shape the future of this purpose‑led company — and this is where your contribution will matter most.

Under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Manager of the Danone Company Brand within the Global Communications team, you will primarily focus on internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Danone’s communications community and other global functions to assist communications managers with branding‑related queries.
  • Coordinating with third‑party agencies to develop visual assets, presentation materials, and toolkits.
  • Assisting with content creation for various communication channels, such as MyDanone, to enhance awareness and engagement with the Danone Company brand. This includes crafting narratives and campaigns to boost engagement around the brand.
  • Updating and managing assets in storage and collaboration tools, such as the Brand Portal and DAM, and overseeing the archiving of all company brand materials.
  • Working on the Danone Corporate brand archive by supporting the digitalisation and organization of assets.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic self‑starter who is organized, not afraid to work autonomously, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Business and communication‑oriented profile with a strong interest in the FMCG sector.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Comfort liaising with senior leaders.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with excellent organisational skills and reliability.
  • Willingness to work in an international team.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail.
  • Graphic design skills (desirable), with attention to detail and quality of information provided.
  • The ability to challenge situations, act with resilience, and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic video editing skills.
  • Proficiency in English and in French (fluency mandatory).
