Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager covering lifestyle and fashion who will report to the Byproduct Director.

Experienced marketing professional with the ability to lead lifestyle and fashion projects with strong creative and strategic impact (core lines, limited editions, collaborations, curated projects).

The role is built around three key pillars:

  • Coordination: orchestrate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency and smooth execution across projects.
  • Strategic vision & 360° marketing: define end-to-end strategies aligned with the brand, from concept to launch, leveraging all key drivers (product, distribution, communication).
  • Content & image: ensure desirability and visual consistency across projects, overseeing creative direction and brand assets.

Main Mission

BYPRODUCT BUSINESS ANALYSIS – Analysis & Watch

  • Analyze the performance of the Byproduct category and make recommendations for an action plan. Bi‑monthly.
  • Monitor sector trends, conduct co‑creative benchmarks with product developers.
  • Responsible for references life‑cycle follow‑up and updates: permanent & limited edition.
  • Responsible for retail pricing, ensuring coordination with the business development/pricing team.
  • Arrange internal forecast sessions.

BYPRODUCT MARKETING 360 – Full 360 Campaign Projects

  • Engage in strategic thinking, develop an insightful product plan and build a strategic vision.
  • Implement a strong 360 package for new launches and ensure cross‑functional coordination to achieve desired results for each launch (studio–image, communications and press, go‑to‑market, visual merchandising, training).
  • Own strategic presentations: SBS, SIM, brand review, quarterly.
  • Co‑ordinate and analyze with demand planning, in collaboration with the supply purchaser.

BYPRODUCT CONTENT & IMAGE – Assets & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate with studio for key launches or find external partners and follow up image/content projects.
  • Manage DAM.
  • Packshots and still‑life needs with studio (yearly).
  • Coordinate with touchpoints: e‑commerce and communication team.

Profile Requirements

  • Ready to challenge traditional ways of doing things.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a solid sense of rigor.
  • Client‑oriented and goal‑oriented.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
  • Experience in fashion and/or lifestyle industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and numerical analysis skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
