Job Description

You join our Investment Performance and Risk Data team, within Data Administration at Natixis Investment Managers Operating Services, who are looking for a Developer KPI & Monitoring Production - ESG Finance , for an alternation of 24 months from September 2026 .

You will join our team and help improve the quality of the data collected on ESG so that they meet the compliance and ESG reporting requirements for our clients.

Within our team of 7 people, you will be the technological referent of the team, actively participating in the modernization of our monitoring processes and providing operational support to your colleagues. Your main mission will be to design and develop reports and KPIs intended to measure and improve the quality of ESG data. You will also contribute to the management, improvement and exploitation of data related to performance, risk and asset allocation, in order to enrich customer reporting.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Analyze, enrich and/or modernize our control tool on the quality of post‑integration ESG data (providers, third parties, instruments, indicators, etc…).
• Document all developments and evolutions made.
• Innovate by proposing and developing new reports / KPI to strengthen our operational efficiency, improve the quality of data vis‑à‑vis our clients.
• Collaborate if necessary in drafting the specifications for IT DATA, participate in exchanges with the MOA/MOE and ensure project monitoring, particularly as part of the quality assessment of ESG data.
• Contribute to the routine tasks of the service as needed.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• BAC +4 level student, you prepare a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in data science, computer science.
• You have a strong interest in financial and ESG data.
• You are passionate about information technology, business intelligence and data.
• You have an appetence for tools and new technologies.
• You are a rigorous, curious, proactive and data- and reporting-driven person in the financial sector.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
