Job Description

You join the team Studies and Strategy within the Offer and Digital Marketing Department, which seeks a Project manager studies and listens to clients , for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026 .

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the development of customer satisfaction surveys (companies and savers, distribution networks) or appetite surveys and user tests;
• Follow the barometers continuously, exploit and disseminate the results;
• Prepare and participate in the Customer Listening Committee;
• Ensure a competitive and market watch;
• Analyze the verbatims.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Student at the Bac+4 level, you are preparing a university degree or business school, with a specialization in Marketing.
• You have a perfect mastery of common office tools: the office suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.
• You have a real interest in questionnaire administration and design techniques, as well as a strong sense of customer satisfaction.
• You are endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a high quality of listening; you also demonstrate a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
