Job Description

You will be joining our team as a Litigation Lawyer , for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026 .

Within the General Secretariat, you will work on all claims / pre‑litigation / litigation files handled by the General Secretariat.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:

• Customer complaint response and management;
• Drafting correspondence, formal notices (mises en demeure), and settlement agreements (protocoles d’accords transactionnels) addressed to clients or partners, in the context of complaints, pre‑litigation, or litigation.
