Job Description

You will join our Compliance, Internal Control, and Operational Risks team at Natixis TradEx Solutions, which is looking for a Compliance, Internal Control, and Operational Risks FS Analyst , for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in August 2026 .

The Compliance, Internal Control, and Operational Risks department at Natixis TradEx Solutions consists of 5 people (1 CISO/Team Lead, 3 Compliance Officers, and 1 intern).

In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Produce monitoring and analysis of potential market abuses;
• Filter values and issuers under embargo to ensure this data is blocked in information centers;
• Perform regular controls as part of the control plan;
• Collect the necessary documentation for the onboarding of new clients and/or new counterparties (KYC);
• Prepare and present presentation materials for the quarterly CCIR and CRIC committees;
• Collect and analyze information that can be used for regulatory watch purposes;
• Where applicable, participate in projects (Implementation of regulatory reporting or others...).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• As a Master's level student (BAC+5), you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Banking Risk Control and Compliance.
• You always have a new goal in mind and you enjoy bringing your projects to life.
• You are recognized for your logical thinking, your rigor, and your curiosity.
• You demonstrate methodical and synthesizing skills.
• You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
• And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
