Job Description
You will join our Alternative Credit Structuring team within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division department, which is seeking an Alternative Credit Structuring Assistant for a 1-year duration starting in September 2026.
More specifically within Global Markets, the team is involved in the structuring of illiquid credit assets to design financing, investment, and risk transfer solutions for an institutional clientele composed of banks, insurers, and funds.
This role offers the opportunity to work in close collaboration with senior structurers in Paris, but also to gain experience within a truly international team covering clients in Europe and the United States.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will be:
Integrate into an experienced, dynamic, and fast-growing team;
Work in an international environment and interact with all stakeholders in a transaction;
Develop technical skills in structured products and all business lines interacting with the Alternative Credit team;
Acquire knowledge of underlying companies seeking financing, their markets, and sectors;
Develop an internal network within Global Markets in Paris and London.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student Bac+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance.You are perfectly fluent in French and English (C1 level required).You are comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and have basic knowledge of VBA & Python.You demonstrate great attention to detail and rigorous accuracy in all your tasks.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within the team.Previous experience in structured finance or with rating agencies is appreciated, but not mandatory.
