Job Description

You join the team of IT GMR - BSM - Pre Trade FI-FX-Credit (specifically the Market Access team), who are looking for a production engineer apprentice for a alternation of 1, 2 or 3 years from September 2026 .

The Business Support IT Monitoring department of Natixis' Global Markets & Risk CIO is responsible for supporting trading and sales in this activity by designing and implementing the systems supporting this offer on Forex (Spot, Outrights, Swaps and Options) and Rates (Bonds, Rate Dérivatives, Repo), Market Data (LSEG, BBG).

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Technical support: follow and participate in the resolution of technical problems related to production (access to the market, onboarding of traders, management of the STP flow, escalation and descent of deals between the front and back office, etc.).
• Installation and configuration of services on Linux and Windows systems.
• Performance improvement and optimization: deploy and leverage monitoring tools to analyze and adjust systems to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Technical documentation: write and update the documentation of processes, APIs and data flow architectures, in order to ensure a clear understanding of the systems in place.
• Integration of new technologies: study and integrate modern technologies and tools to improve data management and processing capacity.
• Integration of new flows: opening firewalls, LAN/WAN routing.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Student at the Bac+3/4 level, you are preparing a diploma from an engineering school, with a specialization in engineering.
• You have knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
• You are able to manage Support and Change requests.
• You understand the challenges of application production and demonstrate initiative to ensure effective processing.
• Autonomous and curious, you have an initiative (or entrepreneurial) spirit.
• Knowledge in networks, currently being acquired or to be acquired, would constitute an atou.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
