Job Description

You are joining our Marketing team who is looking for a Marketing Assistant , for an apprenticeship from 1 or 2 years from September 2026 .

The International Marketing team is made up of around fifty collaborators based between London and Paris. The primary responsibility of the team is to support strategic sales objectives through innovative and tailored marketing activities. The Marketing team encompasses strategic, operational and digital marketing activities, event planning or even design.

The role of the intern will be to support the "Western Europe" Marketing team on all the diversified missions of the team: Emailing, Web, Content, Advertising, Media partnerships, Social networks, SEO, PPC, Emailing, UX. The intern will thus have the opportunity to participate in all the team’s activities and gain skills over the months.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the planning and coordination of Marketing activities for France;
• Media: accompany and follow local media plans based on international guidelines;
• Content: manage the adaptation, organization and provision of articles, videos, infographics etc. that feed marketing campaigns;
• Campaign: support and supervise the monitoring of B2B campaigns via LinkedIn, programmatic and media partnerships;
• Emailing: management of monthly newsletter campaigns - Product push - Event tracking;
• Social networks: management of sponsored content campaigns on LinkedIn: targeting, optimizations, analyses. Active participation in the extension to new communication channels;
• Product marketing: actively participate in the creation and updating of marketing materials. Documents, content, and emailing;
• Data analysis: impact analysis of marketing actions; campaigns - social networks, emailing, lead generation to support the sales effort.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student level Bac+5, you prepare a degree (university, business school or communication school), with a specialization in Marketing with an interest in the economy and the finance environment.

You master the usual software tools: Powerpoint, Excel.

You are comfortable with digital tools: LinkedIn, Web. Rigorous and autonomous, you want to learn.

You have writing and interpersonal skills.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
