What does this Apprenticeship involve?

As part of the France Communications team, you will report to the Media & Digital Manager France and be responsible for:

• Social Media Tasks:
  • Managing the META editorial calendar: helping to develop the calendar, proposing ideas, and managing the publication of posts via Emplifi.
  • Community engagement: managing our accounts and fostering engagement with our communities (quizzes, contests, etc.).
  • Content creation and monitoring:
    • Participate in creating local-level content (posts, Reels, UGC, influencer cross‑posts, Stories, etc.).
    • Adapt organic content for Social Ads campaigns (via CapCut or other tools).
    • Conduct regular monitoring of competitors and trends to develop new creative concepts.
  • Partnership development: Develop cross‑brand partnerships (collaborations, co‑branding, product sampling, etc.).
  • Monthly performance reporting:
    • Prepare a monthly report on the performance of our accounts with detailed tracking of key KPIs.
    • Recommend optimizations and share best practices internally.

Required skills for this position

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing/Communication).
• Interest in the beauty industry: cosmetics, dermocosmetics, and aesthetic medicine.
• Genuine affinity for social media and content creation.
• Video editing skills (CapCut or equivalent).
• Initial experience in communications within a dynamic environment.
• Appreciation for challenging projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Proactive, meticulous, and self‑motivated.
• Team player, curious, and dynamic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
