Apprentice Event-Management (H/F/N)

Gaggenau Industrie S.A.S. | Full time | Brandcenter – Lipsheim

Your responsibilities

The Brand Centre Gaggenau is an event location based in Lipsheim, near Strasbourg. With a small familiar team we provide the complete brand experience to all kind of target groups involved with Gaggenau: culinary culture, design & architecture as well as the world of luxury.

• Planning, organization and operation of all events in Gaggenau Brand Center
• First contact for all requests and applications of events, caterer, internal staff, timings, etc.
• Work on new concepts, optimizations in standards, processes and tools
• Represent the luxury brand Gaggenau to all guests.

Your profile

• You had a first experience in event organization and operation and you wish to complete a Bac+5
• You are a team player, engaged and organized
• You are fluent in English (German and French are helpful)
• You have knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Gastronomic experience or passion or interest is better
